Hey there, I’m Aditi
Tech is fundamentally changing the way we interact, individually and socially. I want to understand how.
I’m passionate about championing equitable access to technology and inclusive digital spaces. That means making higher education communications, outreach, and programs more interdisciplinary and inclusive. It means pushing for open-source knowledge, information, and research, for those who can’t shell out the ten grand price tag.
Policy speaks to my dual interests in understanding human behavior and advancing social justice. It also enables me to use my creativity and analytical skills to tackle complex problems — all while satisfying my curiosity and values of humility, collaboration, and community-building.
I have a background in tech journalism, policy research, and higher education strategy, with specializations in data analytics and digital humanities. I use these skills to harness the power of data-driven insights — while emphasizing that numbers don’t define individuals. I’m continuously unlearning and relearning and choose to lead with empathy while thoughtfully innovating to create meaningful solutions.
I get really excited about:
- open-source knowledge sharing
- communities of practice
- urban design
- cross-cultural psychology
- thoughtful digital communication
- strategic planning
- people-centered policies
- youth, tech, and wellbeing
- cross-generational collaboration
